Today was my first day of therapy. I was a little reluctant about going. Karen at the front desk is super friendly with a great smile. She made me feel comfortable. The best part of my visit was meeting Jeanette my therapist. A kind, warm and compassionate person. She made me feel at ease. I walked in with a pain level of 10 in my shoulder, when I left it had dropped down to a 5. The care she gave me was excellent! I would recommend her highly!

This physical therapy group are an amazing bunch of Ladies. The receptionist, Karen is a very sweet woman, who is very professional always has a smile on her face and prints out all your scheduling. She handles the office beautifully. Miss Colleen and Miss Jeanette are the most amazing physical therapist. They listen to what you have to say and they work with you on everything that you have to go through. They understand and they have empathy and compassion, best physical therapy group ever and I would go back to them anytime I have an issue. They are amazing group of people.

Entire staff are awesome. Colleen is AMAZING!! She is so personable, listened to my issue & zeroed right in on my pain. Felt very comfortable with her. She answered whatever questions I had & gave me some great suggestions that will help me continue to get stronger. Can’t say enough good things about Benchmark & the entire staff. Should I need PT again I definitely will want to go back to them, & of course work with Colleen. -Lynn S

I knew I was finally in good hands when Colleen started our first appointment with "tell me your story." And then she listened. The whole crew is warm and welcoming each visit, the therapists are knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of the clients in their care. I've spent five years seeking PT off and on on this town (Front Royal) and was discouraged at the prospect of facing another round at the same facility I'd been using. I decided to try BenchMark and I'm not ever going anywhere else. I'm in less pain than I've been in those five years and that means everything to me. Thank you! ♥️

Everyone at Benchmark PT in Front Royal was friendly, professional and supportive. Colleen explained each exercise in detail and answered all my questions. The exercises helped me to build my strength and increased my flexibility. I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy to anyone looking for physical therapy.

Colleen was my therapist, she explained everything she was doing and everything I should be doing at home. I liked the fact that I had the same therapist each time I went. Thank you to the front office for making us all so comfortable.

I started with Drew and then after he relocated, Kat was my therapist. Both were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and best of all compassionate. I am completely satisfied with the treatment and the results gained from their help. I would recommend Drayer/ Benchmark to anyone needed expert care and guidance.

The physical therapists and staff at Benchmark Physical Therapy are highly skilled and helped me to reach my goals following a pretty bad injury quickly. I received a great deal of encouragement and that was as important to my progress as the physical exercise program as at the onset, I was not sure the pain could be managed. The team definitely works together seamlessly to assure patients are not only treated but “cared for.” The therapists have a strong knowledge base and were very dedicated to improving my health and wellbeing. Special thanks to Jeanette and Coleen – super PTs, and to Allison who always welcomed me with a very big smile!
